Membership Manager

DURATION:    Permanent

HOURS:         35 hours per week, but variants considered

LOCATION:    London EC4

SALARY:         £35,000 pa + up to 6.5% contributory pension, after probation

This new, more senior role is intended to beef up our vital membership function.  Your job will be to understand, serve, delight and involve our members – and find new ones.  You will work closely with a small team of colleagues to ensure that member relations go hand in hand with our policy, influencing and campaigning work.  

Whatever your background – it could be membership, marketing, customer relations, business development or more besides, you will be a great communicator, a strong team worker and highly organised, with a track record of successful delivery in a position of responsibility.
