Professional members

National Voices professional members are vital partners, providing both expert and financial support. They are a key part of a movement working to strengthen the voices of patients, service users, carers, their families and the organisations that support them.

Professional members receive newsletters, updates and policy briefings, and can attend selected member events. They do not have voting rights.

Professional member benefits:

  • Two hours’ advice on service user engagement issues (or other, agreed topic) from a National Voices senior manager per calendar year.
  • The opportunity to engage with the National Voices coalition and free attendance at key events such as:
    • The annual members’ conference
    • Networking events to meet leading players in health and social care: fellow members; decision makers and business leaders
  • Members’ e-newsletters including:
    • Policy analyses
    • Members’ news and networking
  • Promotion of key initiatives (subject to meeting editorial guidelines) in:
    • Members’ Updates – member e-newsletters
    • Service User Voices - our e-newsletter for the National Voices Service User Panel
    • News from National Voices - This goes out beyond our membership to those in the field of health and social care.
  • Website use of National Voices supporter logo
  • Meeting and hot-desking space in our central London offices
  • Sponsorship opportunities

Professional membership rates are banded according to organisational income.
