Annual General Meeting 2020
Friday 6 November - please register for our AGM via our Eventbrite page
On Friday 6 November we will be looking back at the year that ended just before the pandemic took hold, but we will of course also discuss the work we did during the summer and explore the challenges presented by the second wave. Our Annual Report provides a good overview of what we have been up to and where we now stand as an organisation.
This year we will be having an AGM with a difference, because in addition to the statutory part of the proceedings we will be hosting a panel discussion with three special guest speakers:
- Ben Jupp, Director of Strategy, NHSE/I
- Richard Sloggett, Health and Care Lead, Policy Exchange
- Sarah Hughes, CEO, Centre for Mental Health.
National Voices CEO Charlotte Augst will be chairing the discussion and is looking forward to covering the current COVID-19 situation in the country and how the VCSE sector can play its part. It would be great to see you and look back on an amazing and difficult year, and to look forward to the next set of challenges.
We are pleased to report that after a couple of years of deficits, we have returned National Voices to balanced accounts, and that we managed to engage our members and a large number of significant stakeholders in meaningful collaboration in the process.
