Set up in January 2010, chILD UK is a patient-led group aiming is to unite families and raise chILD awareness.

Its mission includes providing support for practical and emotional matters, facilitating contact between families affected by chILD, producing and providing educational materials, offering assistance for practical items of care, and promoting and funding research to aid diagnosis and treatment of chILD.
