Member-led roundtable: The role of pharmacy in delivering person-centred care for people with long term conditions

National Voices and the Royal Pharmaceutical Society would like to invite you to an event which explore how community pharmacy can deliver person-centred care for people with long term conditions.

This event will explore how people with long term conditions currently experience community pharmacy, and explore how the role of pharmacists is developing. It will be an opportunity to highlight what people with long term conditions want from their pharmacists, and to provide feedback on emerging innovations.

We are keen to involve not just the voluntary sector, but people with lived experience. Please do invite people who you work with to join us and RPS will pay people with lived experience for their involvement as well as covering expenses. Tea and coffee will be available from 9.30am and a light lunch will be served at 1pm.

Space is limited so please express your interest in attending by contacting Hannah by email.
