How should we think about value in health and care?
Fri, 4 September 2015
Today, Realising the Value launches the paper, How should we think about value in health and care? This paper is a step towards creating a new articulation of value in co-production with other stakeholders, in order to achieve the wider Realising the Value programme objective of demonstrating the value of people and communities in their own health and care.
The ideas set out in this paper will develop throughout the programme to underpin future activities and outputs of the programme.
We welcome your feedback on this paper.
We're asking people to consider the following questions:
- What are the elements of value in health and social care?
- Do we understand what it is that people most value?
- And do we have adequate ways to describe the value that people and communities create through their contributions to building and managing wellbeing?
Please send all feedback to: firstname.lastname@example.org by the end of October 2015.
