Don Redding is Director of Policy and Partnerships for National Voices. He is responsible for our strategy to influence national, regional and local health and care bodies, working with a mandate from our members. He also develops our partnerships with the networks and organisations best placed to develop person-centred care to the next stage.
Don is a recognised thought leader on person-centred and community-based approaches to health and wellbeing, and has led our work defining and promoting coordinated care as a response to the national priority of ‘integration’. He has a strong interest in the future of primary care; and in the implications of ‘multimorbidities’ becoming the norm among people using NHS services. Don is a former journalist and previously worked at Picker Institute Europe.
