Here's the shared example

HEY! (Healthy Eating for Young Children) aims to improve the health outcomes and life chances of children aged one to four years by engaging their parents in healthy eating and 'skills for life' learning. HEY! is a seven week Health Literacy programme, which covers topics such as budgeting, food safety, portion sizes and cooking skills, through interactive and practical learning, with Language,Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) skills learning embedded in the resources. Each session is followed by one hour preparing and eating a shared lunch.

HEY! facilitators (Children Centre staff or Family Learning tutors) attend a free one day Train the Trainer Workshop and are provided with learning materials and a small grant to run the HEY! course. HEY! is a three hour weekly session that runs over seven weeks. Whilst parents take part in two hour sessions with the HEY! facilitator, their children spend their time in a creche, provided by the setting, also doing healthy activities.
