It supports some 6,000 members through its Regional Groups and advises many others on the symptoms prior to diagnosis. It believes in improving the lives of people who have lupus ensuring they receive the specialised care and treatment they deserve. The organisation also acts to inform and educate the medical profession and the public about lupus and its effects, whilst bringing people with lupus together so they are not isolated and listening to people who want to talk about lupus.
