Following Thérèse Coffey’s announcements regarding ‘Our Plan for Patients’, Charlotte Augst has written to the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, highlighting the importance of championing choice and personalisation throughout health and social care, recognising the need to move towards more joined up care, and to ensure that everyone receives communications from primary care services in a way that suits them.
