Online Peer Support learning pack

In late 2020 National Voices brought together a group of individuals and organisations involved in offering peer support online to discuss the ways in which online tools have been used to deliver peer support, both before and during the pandemic – this included what we know about who these work for, and who might miss out.

  • Online Peer Support
  • Person-centred care
  • Health inequalities

It features a summary of learning around providing peer support online drawing on a workshop hosted by National Voices in late 2020. The pack explores the different forms of online peer support, their advantages and disadvantages, and highlights some of the challenges of providing peer support online and what can be done to address these.

If you would like to read this summary in an alternative format, please get in touch. A PowerPoint presentation of this learning summary is available on request.
