Cath Lunt
Participation Manager
Cath joined National Voices in 2026 as a Participation Manager. Prior to this she worked as the Research and Evaluation Manager at the Disabled Children’s Partnership, working with parent carers, disabled children and young disabled people to build the evidence to demonstrate their lived experience of using health, social care and education services.
She has experience working with people with long-term, chronic conditions and terminal disease across charity and voluntary services and spent 15 years working within the NHS. She is passionate about capturing the lived experiences of marginalised and seldom heard communities to improve access to support. Cath is proficient in co-production and co-research methods. She holds a PhD in Health Services Research from the University of Liverpool.
