Matt Heath

Matt joined National Voices as Policy and Communications Manager in July 2025. He brings a wealth of experience as a researcher and project manager, having worked for more than six years in social impact consultancy. Most recently, Matt was Project Manager at the Point of Care Foundation, where he oversaw the delivery of the CQC Health Inequalities Engagement Framework (in partnership with National Voices).

Matt holds a BSc in International Relations from the LSE, an MA in Conflict Studies and Human Rights from Utrecht University, and a PGCert in Journalism from Birkbeck, University of London. He is passionate about centring lived experience in policymaking, both as a means to address systemic health inequalities and to ensure that policy decisions accurately reflect the needs and priorities of those affected.
