On November 14, in the context of the upcoming Autumn Statement, National Voices sent a joint letter to Jeremy Hunt, Chancellor of the Exchequer to highlight the impact of the ongoing cost of living crisis on people living with ill health and disability and to reaffirm the importance of a fully funded health and care system. This letter was signed and endorsed by 63 organisations.

Over a period of two years, National Voices, Volunteering Matters and NAVCA have worked with in nine areas of England to raise awareness of the importance of local voluntary and community organisations in the personalisation of health and care services, particularly their role in enabling people to access and make effective use of Personal Health Budgets (PHBs).

In late 2024, National Voices was commissioned by NHS National Healthcare Inequalities Improvement Programme, to explore what measures can be put in place to ensure marginalised communities in need of translation or interpretation services are able to access equitable care.
