National Voices brings the voices of patients, service users and carers to bear on national health and social care policy in England.

We work with our large and varied membership to influence government ministers and departments, professional bodies, and other organisations, seeking always to ensure that policy focuses on delivering what matters most to patients and service users, their families and carers.

Since the coalition government came to power in 2010 much of this work has focused on its health reforms, through the White Paper, the subsequent Health and Social Care Bill 2011 and the listening exercise conducted by the NHS Future Forum.
